decent stay overall
clean room great size curt staff missing shade
i thought the staff were lovely and the room were a great size, super tidy. it was well maintained. i will be staying again as the area is good for what i need.
the lobby area are not great. i found a wall lamp shade missing too, that was dissapointing.

Great Stay Near Tower Bridge
efficient staff clean room stocked kitchen plentiful towels
The front desk staff was efficient. Check-in was quick. My studio room was very clean, and it was quite large for these parts. The kitchen had cups and utensils plus a pod coffee machine. I found the shower area large. Robes and towels were plentiful. The Wetherspoon pub across the street offered an inexpensive pint. I found Tower Hill station an easy walk.
The soundproofing could be better. I heard some noise from outside, though it didn't keep me awake.

The room felt clean. It looked brand new. A nice kitchenette and laundry facilities existed. The bed felt very comfortable in the large room. Staff members remained very attentive, and security manned the hotel at all hours.

a heartfelt stay
modern apartment equipped kitchen great toiletries
the apartment studio felt grand, very modern and well finished with an equipped kitchen. bath robes was provided and such a treat. they had a wonderful choice of toiletries like shampoo provided. it seemed newly renovated, so it seemed in very good shape.
i did find the design of internal space could be better.

the apartment had a good size. it was modern and clean. i could securely store luggage before check-in. check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
the bed was uncomfortable. it felt too soft. it was lumpy. i dreaded going to sleep the last night.

Honestly, i'm not sure what the fuss is about. the windows didn't open at all, it's a real problem when you consider you're supposed to cook in the room. the carpet was gross. It looked like someone had a party and no one bothered to clean it up afterwards.

the double studio had private kitchen facilities. it felt homey like an apartment. the location was near tower bridge and liverpool street station. there were supermarkets nearby.
the room door lock was not functioning properly. a staff member had to unlock the door each time i entered. the receptionists changed frequently.
