Great Stay Near Tower Bridge

The front desk staff was efficient. Check-in was quick. My studio room was very clean, and it was quite large for these parts. The kitchen had cups and utensils plus a pod coffee machine. I found the shower area large. Robes and towels were plentiful. The Wetherspoon pub across the street offered an inexpensive pint. I found Tower Hill station an easy walk.
The soundproofing could be better. I heard some noise from outside, though it didn't keep me awake.

the apartment studio felt grand, very modern and well finished with an equipped kitchen. bath robes was provided and such a treat. they had a wonderful choice of toiletries like shampoo provided. it seemed newly renovated, so it seemed in very good shape.

Honestly, i'm not sure what the fuss is about. the windows didn't open at all, it's a real problem when you consider you're supposed to cook in the room. the carpet was gross. It looked like someone had a party and no one bothered to clean it up afterwards.

the room door lock was not functioning properly. a staff member had to unlock the door each time i entered. the receptionists changed frequently.
